As a Broker Associate & Seniors Real Estate Specialist, I have been selling real estate in the Fresno, Clovis, Tollhouse, Prather, Auberry, Friant, Madera, Shaver Lake and Suburban Sanger areas since 1993 & I've been the TOP selling agent since 1995. (31 years and counting!)
When I made the move to Tollhouse from Thousand Oaks, CA in 1991, my friends & family thought I was crazy leaving such a nice city and moving to the country. They thought I would be back in 6 months. Well, all these years later, I’m still here and loving it every day! My clients are extremely important to me and therefore I strive to give them the best service possible and make myself available to them at all times. (I've even returned messages while in the recovery room after surgeries!)
My joy comes the relationships I form with my clients and by helping ad connecting with so many amazing people.
To better assist my clients, I brought on my "right-hand-man" (and son), David Sheppard to assist all of our buyers and sellers as well as facilitate all our files. He has been a licensed agent for 23 years. I've recently added Buyer Specialist, Aidan Larson to my team as well. The team of 3 for the price of one! We're here to be with you every step of the way.
Though I love selling our beautiful foothills, we also help our buyers and sellers in the FRESNO, CLOVIS, SHAVER LAKE, Madera and Suburban SANGER areas as well.
